Cristian wrote this song, about our friend whose father passed away tragically in an automotive accident.

I loved it right away. Eventually, when I was recording this album, nothing felt like a good first song. After scrapping another intro, I pondered what to do - right away this song played in my head, so I enlisted Cristian to run it with me in the recording space. we did it along to this drum machine that comes with pro-tools, rather than using a click, and I liked the sound so much that I based the song around it, and finished the bugger less than a few days after.

I can't say enough about how much I love this song. hopefully soon it will wind up on our next full length LP, in yet another form. Either way, I'll be playing it a lot on my acoustic.
